TOP TEN WORLD STRONGEST MEN IN THE WORLD 2025

The 2025 World's Strongest Man race got off to an exciting start, showing off raw strength, toughness, and top-level athleticism.  These top strongmen beat every task that came their way, from the tough Atlas Stones to lifting Flintstone barbells.  Here are the 10 strongest men in the world in 2025, ranked by how well they did in all sports.

RAYNO NEL πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦

Rayno Nel has become a big star at the 2025 World's Strongest Man challenge. He got 47 points to win overall.  He did well in every event, but the Hercules Hold, where he held on for 75.63 seconds, really showed how focused he was and how strong his grip was.  In 30.58 seconds, he did the KNAACK Carry and in 30.17 seconds, he lifted four Atlas Stones.  Rayno was steady in all of his events, even though he didn't have the strongest lift in the Flintstone Barbell.  The South African winner is calm, collected, and determined. He or she represents a new era in strongman history of strength, endurance, and athletic control.

2. TOM STOLTMAN πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Once again, former champion Tom Stoltman showed why he's a well-known strongman.  He came in second place overall with 46.5 points, just 0.5 points behind Rayno Nel.  His best achievement was on the Atlas Stones, where he did all five in 31.76 seconds, which was very fast.  Tom was also able to lift 241 kg with the Flintstone Barbell and 465 kg in the squat.  Even though Tom's grip gave way early in the Hercules Hold, his quick strength, especially when moving stones, showed that he's still very strong.  He is still known for being consistent and staying cool under pressure.

3.MITCHELL HOOPER πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Mitchell Hooper, who got 43.5 points and came in third overall, is still one of Canada's best athletes.  He did four Atlas Stones in just over 31 seconds and deadlifted a huge 465 kg.  Hooper was known for having a calm mind and a steady approach. He also did a good job lifting 230 kg in the Flintstone Barbell.  He did the Hercules Hold for 40.09 seconds, which is a lot longer than most people.  He didn't win any one event, but his overall performance won him a spot on the podium.  Because he is technically sound, recovers quickly between events, and has a good mix of strength, Mitchell is one of the most respected names in the field right now.

4. TREY MITCHELL πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Trey Mitchell was very strong, and he came in fourth place total with 38.5 points.  He did the event's heaviest deadlift, which weighed a crazy 500 kg. It was an amazing show of raw power.  Trey was able to match the top lift of 241 kg on the Flintstone Barbell, which showed how strong his upper body is.  After only 22.29 seconds of Hercules Hold, he made up for it by lifting all five Atlas Stones in 41.08 seconds.  He lost some points because he was moving more slowly, but his strength makes up for it.  For good reason, Trey is still one of the strongest men who people fear and respect the most.

5. PADDY HAYNES πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Paddy Haynes came in fifth with 32 points, showing that he had a lot of promise and could keep going all the way through the events.  His time of 36.97 seconds in the KNAACK Carry was especially impressive, and his time of 59.64 seconds in the Hercules Hold was also very good.  He was strong and driven because he lifted four Atlas Stones in 34.07 seconds even though he couldn't finish a lift with the Flintstone Barbell.  At every event, Paddy's cool demeanor and hard work were clear.  He seems like a rising star because he can stay steady even when things get tough. He will be one to watch on the world stage in the coming years.

6. ONDREJ FOJT πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ

At the end, Ondrej FojtΒ― came in sixth place with 27 points, having done very well in all five games.  He did the KNAACK Carry in 40.95 seconds and the Hercules Hold in 55.41 seconds, which shows how strong he is.  He was able to lift 220 kg with the Flintstone Barbell and do three Atlas Stones in 31.38 seconds, which is pretty good.  Even though Ondrej wasn't the fastest or biggest in any one event, he did well because he was tough and kept his balance.  His quiet resolve and hard work showed that he was becoming more well-known in the world of professional strongman competition.

7. SHANE FLOWERS πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Shane Flowers came in seventh place with 25.5 points and showed signs of strength and determination throughout the competition.  His KNAACK Carry went 8.60 meters, which was a brave but unusual try.  He kept his place in the Hercules Hold for 40.26 seconds and used the Flintstone Barbell to lift 200 kg.  Shane did well on the Atlas Stones. He finished all four in 54.09 seconds.  Shane showed heart and drive, even though it wasn't his best performance overall.  He is driven and has the tools to do better in future challenges.  Because he is both enthusiastic and tough, he is one of the most interesting and attractive strongman competitors.

8. PAVLO KORDIYAKA πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦

With 25 points, Pavlo Kordiyaka came in eighth.  He was able to do the KNAACK Carry in 37.42 seconds and lift 230 kg on the Flintstone Barbell, which was very impressive.  But his Hercules Hold was only 29.1 seconds long.  Pavlo won the Atlas Stones competition by hitting four stones in 38.39 seconds.  This time, he didn't make it into the top tier, but his explosive strength and offensive style made him stand out.  It's possible for Kordiyaka to stun anyone when he gets into the groove.  Because he is there, has the ability to be strong, and has fiery energy, he could come back stronger in the future.

9. LUKE STOLTMAN πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Luke Stoltman, Tom's older brother, came in ninth with 21.5 points.  With a 402 kg deadlift and a 200 kg Flintstone Barbell lift, he had some trouble.  On the Atlas Stones, though, he moved very quickly. He lifted three stones in just 23.05 seconds, which is one of the fastest times for partial stone pulls.  Luke also did well on the Hercules Hold, getting 32.3 seconds.  Even though this may not have been his best game overall, he will always be remembered for his contributions to the sport.  He still has the potential to challenge the top again if he can focus and keep going.  The fire at Stoltman is still going.

10. EDDIE WILLIAMS πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

Eddie Williams from Australia, who has 20.5 points, rounds out the top ten.  Eddie did the KNAACK Carry in 38.11 seconds and deadlifted 435 kg. He is known for being strong and good at music.  Even though he hadn't finished all of his competitions yet, his early performances showed a lot of potential.  Eddie is a charming athlete who walks around calmly even though he is very strong.  He didn't make a strong push this time, but his potential is still great.  Eddie could easily move up if he had better rhythm in all of his games.  He adds color, fun, and strength to the strongman group around the world.

There are both new stars and old legends on the 2025 World's Strongest Man top 10 list.  The Hercules Hold, Deadlift, and Atlas Stones were tough tests that showed these athletes what it means to be truly strong.  Fans can look forward to even more exciting fights in the future
